Our Manufacturing Process
Each of our rugs is the result of a thoughtful blend of modern innovation and time-honored craftsmanship. We begin with the finest natural materials — most of our rugs are made using premium natural silk and natural cotton, ensuring a luxurious feel, beautiful sheen, and exceptional durability.

The process starts with advanced, high-precision weaving technology to create the initial foundation of every design. This modern approach guarantees that every pattern is captured with outstanding clarity, consistency, and structural strength.
What truly sets our rugs apart, however, is the human touch that follows. Once the base weaving is complete, our dedicated team of master rug makers and skilled weavers carefully carry out the finishing work entirely by hand — a meticulous stage that can take up to a month, depending on the size and complexity of the piece.
This handmade finishing includes weaving and knotting all the fringes on both ends and binding the edges along both sides, ensuring each rug’s lasting integrity and refined appearance. Our artisans also expertly trim and polish the front surface of the rug to enhance its texture and lustrous finish.
Finally, every rug undergoes a rigorous, multi-stage quality inspection to ensure it meets our highest standards of craftsmanship. This sophisticated finishing process requires generations of expertise and a deep respect for the tradition of rug making — transforming each rug from a beautiful textile into a true work of art.
