Refund Policy

Return Policy (In-Store Purchases Only)- Rug House offers a 7-day return policy from the date of in-store purchase. Returned items must be absolutely unused and in the same condition as when purchased. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of reselling the item. Returns are not accepted for any online purchases.
