1. Item Inspection (In-Store Purchases Only)- Customers acknowledge that they have thoroughly inspected the rug(s) before making a purchase. Customers confirm that they are fully aware of the condition, quality, and type of the item(s) purchased.
2. Return Policy (In-Store Purchases Only)- Rug House offers a 7-day return policy from the date of in-store purchase. Returned items must be absolutely unused and in the same condition as when purchased. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of reselling the item. Returns are not accepted for any online purchases.
3. Online Purchase Policy- All online sales are final. Due to the unique nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for online purchases once an order has been placed. We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos for each rug. Please review all item details, including measurements, materials, and colors, before placing an order. We strongly suggest that customers contact us with any questions before purchasing an item online. We are happy to provide additional information or photos to ensure you are completely confident in your selection. 4. Payment- Payments for online orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in USD.
5. Shipping and Delivery- Rug House ships within the United States only (unless otherwise specified).Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.Rug House will inspect all items thoroughly before shipping to ensure they match the product description and are free of defects.We carefully pack all rugs using protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.Delivery times are estimates only; Rug House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.We will work with you to resolve any issues caused by our error or shipping damage.
7. Rug Care and Cleaning- Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of their rugs after purchase. Rug House strongly recommends that rugs — whether machine-made or handmade, and especially those made from natural silk and cotton — be cleaned only by professional rug and carpet cleaners who specialize in these materials. Proper care will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your rug. Rug House is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper cleaning methods.
